Simple eSIM
How to activate an eSIM on my device?
In this guide, we will walk you through the straightforward steps to activate and set up an eSIM on your iOS or Android device.
Before We Start:·
· Make sure your device supports eSIM
1. Dial *#06# on your device. If your device supports eSIM, you should see an EID number. The presence of an EID indicates eSIM capability.
2. Go to the "Settings" app on your device. > Look for options related to "Cellular," "Mobile Data," or "Network." > If you see an option for "Add Cellular Plan" or "eSIM," your device supports eSIM.
· Ensure your phone is connected to the internet

iPhone
If you are using an iPhone with iOS 17.4 or later, touch and hold the QR-Code. Then skip to step 5.

1. [Settings] > [Cellular]
2. Tap [Add eSIM]
3. Tap [Use QR Code]
4. Scan the QR-Code provided by email or Enter details manually
5. Tap [Continue]
6. Select [Primary] as Default Line to continue using your primary line for calls and SMS
7. Select Primary
8. Select Primary as Cellular Data and ensure [Allow Cellular Data Switching] is OFF
Setup completed
Select the eSIM plan as Cellular Data upon arrival
Ensure [Turn On This Line]&[Data Roaming] of eSIM plan are ON upon arrival
Ensure [Data Roaming] of primary line is OFF upon arrival

1. [Settings] > [Network and Internet]
2. Tap [SIMs]
3. Tap [Set up an eSIM]
4. Scan the QR-Code provided by email or (Tap Need Help then) Enter details manually
Set up completed
Turn ON [Use SIM]&[Mobile data]&[Roaming] of eSIM plan upon arrival
Turn OFF [Data Switching]&[Mobile data]&[Roaming] of default line upon arrival
Select Default Line for [SMS and Calls preference]
Tap the icon to rename the plan (optional)
Samsung

1. [Settings] > [Connections]
2. Tap [SIM manager]
3.Tap [Add eSIM]
4. Tap [Scan QR code from service provider]
5. Scan the QR-Code provided by email or (Tap Enter activation code then) Enter details manually
Setup completed
Turn ON [Data roaming] upon arrival
Turn on the eSIM plan and select the Default Line as the preferred SIM for [Calls and Messages] upon arrival
