Membership tiers are automatically updated based on your cumulative eligible spending over the past 12 months.
Higher tiers offer increased point-earning rates and additional tier-up rewards.

3. How to Redeem Points
Points can be redeemed for a range of rewards, including store credit and discount coupons, and applied at checkout during payment.
Redemption Details
- 1 point = NT$1 in store credit

Points: Points are valid for 365 days, and all points in your account share the same expiration date. Each new purchase that earns points will extend the expiration date of all remaining points by another 365 days.
For example, if you earn points on March 1, 2025, and again on June 1, 2025, all points will expire on June 1, 2026. - Rewards redeemed with points (e.g. store credit or discount coupons) are valid for 365 days

- Friends who sign up through your referral link will receive a NT$30 shopping credit upon registration, with no minimum purchase required.
Referrer Reward
- Once your friend completes their first order (with no returns or cancellations), you’ll receive 30 reward points.
- There’s no limit to how many friends you can invite—the more you share, the more you earn.
